About Us

At Sapience Care Services, we believe that no two journeys are the same and neither should the support be. Founded on the principles of compassion, individualised care, independence, and integrity, we’re here to walk alongside you, not ahead of you.

Our mission is simple: to deliver personalised, high-quality support that empowers individuals to live life on their own terms. Whether it's daily assistance, community participation, or simply being someone, you can rely on. We’re committed to seeing you, hearing you, and supporting the goals that matter most to you.

Because here, your story guides our support.

Meet our Directors

Mohammad Al Mousawy

Director

Mohammad is a future doctor dedicated to transforming healthcare in rural communities. Currently completing his Bachelor of Biomedical Science in Wodonga — with graduation expected in 2026 — he will go on to study Medicine through the University of Melbourne’s Rural Pathway Program in Shepparton.

His journey into care began through volunteer work with Irvin House Aged Care in Cobram and The Smith Family, where he helped process scholarship applications for disadvantaged students. Today, he continues to give back as an active volunteer with the State Emergency Service (SES).

Founding Sapience Care Services was born from a simple but powerful goal: to provide personalised, community-driven support that honours every individual’s story — because in Mohammad’s eyes, care should always follow the path of the person it’s meant to serve.

Ali Al Mousawy

Director

Ali has spent the past four years supporting people with disabilities, providing both high-intensity and low-intensity care. He approaches every day with the same energy, respect, and dedication as if he were caring for his own family. For Ali, what matters most is real connection, trust, and treating people with the dignity they deserve.

Outside of work, he can often be found training in martial arts at the gym, sharing laughs, and looking out for those around him — it’s simply part of who he is. That same warmth and commitment shine through in his professional life as well. Ali believes that the best care comes from truly listening, showing up consistently, and fostering an environment where individuals feel safe, valued, and empowered to take control of their own lives.

Whether the day is calm or presents a complex challenge, Ali brings a steady hand, an open heart, and a focus on making every moment count.
